Wow! What an experience in selling my gold to a very professional company. The first contact via WhatsApp was already very good with information provided about what they do, buy and what will be carried out during the process. Firstly, they will screen us first before the appointment is made. After confirming the appointment, they will share with us the location of their place with photos, Waze directions, and even the best place to park our car if we are driving there! They even give the parking rate charge and instructions on what we need to do when we reach their office. Then we met Ms. Adeline who called me first (when she saw me outside her office), before I could even inform the company via WhatsApp that I had arrived! The process of selling was professional and smooth sailing, and I got my payment promptly after everything is agreed on! You can read the other reviews on what transpired which are as described by most of the reviewers. I will definitely return to visit them again in the future. I did a few transaction with them and it really went so smoothly and the rates are excellent. It is recommended for any gold selling but not for gems or stones.
